28m ISUZU NPR Aerial Work Platform Truck Main structure and performance characteristics
1. Chassis
The chassis is modified from Chongqing Isuzu Class II truck chassis, which is currently the most advanced and reliable Class II truck chassis in China. The 4KB1-TCG60 diesel engine produced by Isuzu (China) Engine Co., Ltd. is used, with a rated power of 96kW, a displacement of 2.5L, a horsepower of 130, and emissions that meet the National VI standard.
The main structure of the turntable adopts a high-strength steel box welded structure with high strength and beautiful appearance; the turntable adopts a turbine worm integrated rotary reducer, which can rotate continuously at ±360°, with stable rotation and good micro-motion performance.
2. Boom
The boom consists of 7 telescopic straight arms, and the cross section of the boom is nearly U-shaped (the U-shaped boom has a stable structure, strong load-bearing capacity, and high safety factor). Its main structure is made of high-strength steel to ensure the overall structural strength and rigidity. The 6-section boom is synchronously telescopic.
Working platform
The maximum load-bearing capacity of the working platform is 200kg, the length of the working platform is 1.6m, the aluminum alloy hanging basket is beautiful and elegant, and it can rotate 360°.

The maximum operating height is 28m, the maximum operating range is 14.6m, and the maximum load capacity of the working platform is 200KG.
III. Scope of application
Applicable to landscaping, tree pruning, municipal maintenance, engineering construction, installation and emergency repair of high-altitude power equipment, etc.
