Start Cleaning Operation
Firstly, open the control box on ISUZU Road Sweeper Truck and set the control valve to the auxiliary valve position. Start the auxiliary engine and then engage the auxiliary clutch control device to the combination position to start the fan. Lower the vacuum box and select the left or right brush control device to the lowered position. Rotate the left or right sweep knob forward (clockwise for left, counterclockwise for right). Turn on the left, right, and rear spray control devices, and then turn on the water pump. Drive at an appropriate speed to begin cleaning.
Operation Completed
Finally, stop the ISUZU Sweeper Truck first. Turn off the water pump, left/right spray and rear spray controls. Return the brush control device to neutral position. Raise the cleaning disc and vacuum box to the upward position, and then reset their control device to neutral. Release the auxiliary engine clutch and move the control valve key back to neutral. Turn off the auxiliary engine and turn off the power supply to the control box.
Unload Garbage
Open the control box and adjust the control valve to the main valve position. Start the main engine of ISUZU sweeper truck, then press the clutch, pull the switch outward, and engage the auxiliary oil pump clutch. Gradually release the clutch. On the control box, set the rear door control device to open for about five seconds, and then return it to neutral. Use the control button to raise the dump body, readjust the control center according to the desired tilt angle, and pause at any time. After unloading is complete, lower the dump truck completely and reset the control device to neutral. Before resetting the center, select the closed position for about ten seconds and close the rear door. After unloading, press the clutch again, push the switch inward, release the auxiliary oil pump clutch, smoothly release the clutch, and end this process.
